Abstract
In many oil and natural gas fields, there have been many discussions to inhibit Iron Corrosion. Realizing this point early, the author commenced an experiment of this subject and recently successful results have been obtained by using statistic method. The author repots the results of some measurement on effect of corrosion inhibitor and disscusses them in this paper. The final results are shown in section 5 as follows
1 The best injection rate of inhibitor can be calculated following equation; Y=(9.04X-3.61)Z where Y: injection rate of inhibitor l X: mole fraction of CO2 % Z: Production rate Mm3/hour
2 The best injection cycle may be shown as follows; First step any time Second step 24 hours after first step Third step a week after second step Forth step a month after third step (final injection cycle)
