Abstract
We consider development of real estate education at tertiary educations in U.S.A. and U.K., and examine issues on the two education systems by surveying literatures and researches to have been published over a long period of time. The two systems have run almost successfully, but not only the contents and the delivery methods, also the structures of program have been considerably different each other. Considering the strength and merit of two systems, we comment on the effective tertiary educational policies to adapt to Japanese changing real estate environment.
