A study of the risk of law compatibility in the use of existing buildings and the remedy for the risks

Abstract

In these days, the use of existing buildings is becoming more important than ever. But using existing buildings has many risks of law compatibility compared with newly built ones. In this study, take a look at the troubles concerning existing buildings caused by the lack of law compatibility, analyze the system that prevents these troubles, and propose the law compatibility proof system for existing buildings.
