Abstract
The purpose of this paper is as follows. First, consider the situation of domestic and foreign crowdfunding, which is rapidly increasing its presence in recent years. Secondary, we point out that crowdfunding diversifies and that it becomes polarized. Third, when considering the possibility of using crowdfunding in urban and regional revitalization, it is considered that the idea of double bottom line investment becomes important, so this concept is introduced. Finally, consider the availability of real estate crowdfunding in urban and regional revitalization and point out issues to be solved.
