Development and operation of the Information system for sustainable management of building assets

Abstract

Due to the diffusion of digital-twin-based business operations, the value of building assets will be dependent not only on the performance and function as physical objects but also will be increasingly dependent on the maturity and preciseness of their model constructed in cyberspace. The model shall be maintained and upgraded sustainably for sustainable building asset management.
