The main purpose of this study is to quantitatively clarify correlation between individual attributes, work environment, and behavior during break, willingness to take a break, and wellness in office environment. This study revealed the following points. 1. Organizational culture is associated with behavior during break, willingness to take a break, and wellness. 2. Behavior during break and willingness to take a break is associated with break satisfaction and wellness.
