This paper presents the case of Utsunomiya Light Rail Transit and Real Property Development. “East
Comprehensive Park” has multiple characteristic, which contiguous to a stopping place of LRT and include “Urban
Sports” such as BMX, Skate Board and 3x3. This Park also has restaurant, café terrace, merchandise store and lawn
square etc.
