Abstract
The concept of "Rita" has not received much attention in Japanese management research. Whereas, it has long been emphasized in Japanese management practice. This paper discusses the concept of "Rita" to fill this gap.
As a result, it was clarified that "Rita" is an act of living in a way that blurred the sharp distinction between self and other. It is also doesn't distinguish sharply between my interests and your interests. In Japan, those action are concept as "Ba" "outcome" "Bakku-Yoraku" " Hanshou" Gokei-Goshu".
This was revealed by a comparison of international management research on hhc® (human health care) of Eisai Co.
