Abstract
This research sends and collects questionnaires detailed to 134 active principals for the actual condition that instruction of the elementary school teacher who has been a problem serious now is insufficient, performs this analysis, presents directivity and the solution method in question, and aims at improvement in a future instruction insufficient teacher's improvement support. Furthermore, while clarifying four elements of "support" based on precedence research about "a principal's support-leadership", a principal's leadership is examined from the self-valuation of the teacher of a certain elementary school, and a hypothetical verification is tried.
