Abstract
The knowledge for the supporting of businesses such as work adjustment and negotiations will be better future and general intellectual property in a company compared with the direct type of knowledge such as the technological know-how. Existence of the spot would be always required in order to transfer such knowledge. Six business model cases are established by considering the daily and general business performing. The spot's important component has been clarified by using the Conjoint Analysis method. In order to get the results, the actual data of Fujitsu related company has been used for the analyses.
