Abstract
Micro-Gravity Laboratory of Japan (MGLAB) has a microgravity drop experiment facility that can produce a high-quality 4.5 s microgravity environment. This facility has been used by many researchers for over 12 years. Therefore, an increasing number of components have aged and must be replaced. MGLAB has now planned to renew and improve the important components of the facility. It has also planned to improve the utility of the facility for researchers. This paper describes the improvement in the specifications of the MGLAB facility and in the user interfaces.
