Abstract
The author summarized the trend of changes to the vocational education of higher education at this report．And the author proposed the new relation between education and vocational training from this summary．The author summarized four points about the trend of changes to the vocational education of higher education as follows．(1) Developing programs which access easily for an adult．(2) Clarification of individuality and features of each schools or educational facilities．(3) Effective use of resources that each educational facilities have．(4) Clarification of a learning outcome．When we envision the future of Japanese vocational capability development，it is necessary to look at the overall picture of trend of changes to the vocational education of higher education．
