Abstract
In the time of incidents such as pandemic disease, floods, earthquakes, telework is expected as an effective countermeasure for business continuity of companies'/organizations' critical operations. However, for disasters that may cause damage on the essential utilities including communication lines and electric power, it is essential to secure telecommunication between headquarters and each telework site. Additionally, if an organization plans to increase the use of telework steeply, advance preparation is necessary in the aspects of facilities, information security, labor conditions and so on. Therefore, it would be desirable to solve the problems by pre-training and utilize telework in ordinary times as much as possible.
