Abstract
For co-working space of the local areas, the demand of users was found to be a mechanism to promote collaboration with other users. For example, installation of the board that the self publicize, it is management that talks with users and connects the work, and connecting people with people. In addition, in rural areas worker freelance less, such as the metropolitan type co-working space of Tokyo, etc. for IT worker can not hold. Not only IT worker, other freelancers also are able to use co-working space. That's important for holding co-working space in rural areas. At the end for co-working space of the local community private car use is a given fact. So there is a need for parking lots.
