Abstract
We believe that it is very important for office workers to monitor his/her colleague, such as checking his/her presence before talking to him/her, for the sake of his/her smooth office work. And we also believe that the monitoring is potential needs for the remote workers. In this paper, we describe the result of preliminary experiment to clarify the relationship between office communication and teamwork, using our realistic-telework system supporting to monitor the remote workers.
