Abstract
In response to the medical system reforms introduced in 2006, which established the Specific Health Checkups and Specific Health Guidance, the fourth phase of implementation will introduce a results-oriented evaluation system. Research findings indicate that the initial 99 days of support led to significant weight loss, suggesting that short-term interventions can be effective. Consequently, the fourth phase may allow for the conclusion of support within three months, potentially expanding the number of participants. However, as weight loss tends to diminish after the support ends, the importance of ongoing health guidance and follow-up is emphasized.
