Abstract
A 27-year-old woman noticed a tumor in her right forearm without an inducement. Her tumor was egg-sized, pulsatile, movable, and well defined in the proximal part of her forearm. Ultrasonography showed hypoechoic to isoechoic mass around her brachial artery, and a part of the mass protruded into the arterial lumen. The tumor and the part of her brachial artery were resected and replaced with reversed great saphenous vein graft. Pathological examination revealed that it was an epithelioid hemangioma. In the third postoperative year, her graft was patent and no recurrence was observed.
