Abstract
In terms of complex susceptibility and Mossbauer spectroscopy, we studied the superconducting and related properties of GdBa2(Cu1-xFex)3Oy(x≤0.04). By the measurement of complex susceptibility, we find that the magnetic response of the specimens depends very much on the amount of Fe impurities, and there exists at least three kinds of coupling phases in the disk sample, suggesting serious inhomogeneity at the grain boundaries. For x=0.04, the onset temperature of superconducting transition is suppressed down to about 69K. Some experimental evidences found by the Mössbauer spectroscopy are also presented. These findings are to be under qualitative discussions.
