Utility of white paper published by Japan Rheumatism Friendship Association at orthopedic clinic

Abstract

With the aim of learning the impressions and opinions in regard to their current status of 161 rheumatoid arthritis patients attending the outpatient clinic of our hospital, and comparing them with data on a nationwide scale, i.e., 7041 patients' replies, we requested replies to 34 excerpted and partially modified questions in the Japan Rheumatism Friendship Association (JRFA) 2015 edition of the Rheumatism White Paper (White Paper). Although the results will not serve as an accurate indicator of the improvement and aggravation of each individual's condition, because they make it possible to make comparisons with the treatment status and patients' overall opinions and medical condition at our hospital, we consider them to be very useful.
