Available as free and open-source software, lab.js Builder is easy to use to create experiments and surveys for both online and laboratory data collection. Its visual interface makes it possible to design stimuli and integrate them into experiments and surveys without programming, although it can also be customized with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code. The software may be beneficial for students and researchers in allowing them to conduct research under home-schooling and remote-working conditions. In this tutorial article, after introducing lab.js Builder’s easy-to-use functions, we also demonstrate its application to conducting practical experiments within university classes.
