Abstract
It is important to evaluate the clinical response of medical treatment by means of standardized method in comparison between each different kind of drugs. An attempt to standardize the clinical evaluation of treatment of hemorrhoids was made. The principle of method was to give marks to each symptom of hemorrhoids according to their severity and final evaluation was made by means of percentage of demerit marks between pre-and post-treatment.
Results of oral administration of Fragivix, which is a new oral drug for hemorrhoids, with its double blind test are reported.
