Abstract
A 74-year-old male patient with abdominal aortic aneurysm was referred to our hospital for surgery. Coronary computed tomography revealed the anomalous origin of right coronary artery (RCA) in the proximal left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD) with severe stenosis in the left main coronary artery and distal LAD. After the surgery of abdominal aortic aneurysm, we performed percutaneous coronary intervention. A stent was implanted in the left main coronary artery using a perfusion balloon and intra-aortic balloon pumping in addition to noradrenalin and atropine, which was successful without any complication. These devices might have contributed to the successful procedure.
