Abstract
The accumulation of practical knowledge in Lifelong Education of general women continues to pose the difficult problems. "Acid-food and Alkaline-food" have been miss understood in eating habits. These are some of the problems in Lifelong Education and Home Economics Education. This study represents available data in establishing a bridge between Lifelong Education and Home Economics Education. The preparation of Biological and Chemical informations in living science through school instruction should be settled in connection with Lifelong Education.
