Two cases of divergent dislocation of the elbow in children are reported. Divergent dislocation of the elbow has been explained as occurring from falling full on the outstretched hand with the body pivotting on the hand, causing a hyperpronation force at the elbow. We obtained good results in both cases by closed reduction.
