Abstract
West-south area in Japan including Kochi Pref. is a highly populated area of carries of HTLV-1 as a virus causing the adult T-cell leukemia.
This ATL is known to show various clinical pictures, and recently, we have experienced one case of pathological fracture. ATL case of lympho-adenosis type has not been reported in osteo-surgical field, then, it may be a rare case as reported hereinafter.
