This case report details the application of digital technology in full-arch prosthodontic rehabilitation. An intraoral scanner was used to digitize the anterior guidance information from provisional restorations. These records were subsequently transferred to the definitive prostheses to ensure precise reproduction of the occlusal scheme. Accurate occlusal contacts and canine guidance were established, leading to improved esthetics and enhanced postoperative quality of life. Incorporation of a digital workflow minimized errors associated with conventional impression-making and jaw-relation records, thereby reducing discrepancies between provisional and definitive restorations. Additional improvements were observed in treatment stability, clinical efficiency, and patient communication. In conclusion, these findings suggest that digital technology-based prosthodontic treatment offers a more precise and predictable therapeutic option for full-arch rehabilitation.
