Crime of Enterprises against the Law of Environmental Pollution

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to study "crime of enterprises against the law of environmental pollution. In two classes of cases "crime relating to environmental pollution" has the meaning of a community. The result is that within the last few decades the Court has developed a much more flexible principle regarding service of process in personal actions, both those involving corporate defendants and those involving natural persons.
