A study on development of un-public ownership of forestry in ChinaHe Aijun, Takahashi yuichi, Minowa mitsuhiro(Dep. of Forestry, the Univ. of Tokyo; 113-8657)Abstract: As for the history of the un-publicownership of forestry in China, the practicing experience is limited, the theoretical researchis also deficient and some model is being developing. Based on some practical investigationand literature and material analysis, and tocontrast and reconsider the situation of domesticand outside. This paper prompts a concept whichis called " Three basic and three pledge" of un-public ownership of forestry. And then it recalls a development process so far from the embryosteps of the un-public ownership of forestry such as the case of Fu Jian "San Ming model",Hu Nan "Huai Hua model", Jiangxi and Yunnaninstance. Moreover, it tries to carry forward tothe future after reconsidering the planting treesmovement and forestry development in the past.Atlast, it proposes to diversify the form of un-public ownership of forestry, to strengthen therole of the non-government organization and theinternational exchange and so on.Key words: Un-public ownership of forestry,Development, Diversify, Thought, Cooperation
