Compare with T.matsutake spor take direct,spore take by filter paper is very low germination percentage.Germination percentage of spore take by filter paper is decline on taking.Decline of germination percentage on taking is reduce by active carbon.Inoculation high density on medium or inoculation on medium contain bit of Methyl Cinnamate,T.matsutake spore is inhibiting germination but make preparations for germination.Treat spore by germination promotor(butyric acid) on this condition,we can gain no germination and high germination percentage spore.
