Synthesis of RBF Network Nonlinear Filter and Its Application to Quantized System

Abstract

This paper describes a synthesis of RBF network nonlinear filter. Numerical examples in normal linear filtering problems and in nonlinear filtering problems with a quantized observation mechanism show the validity and effectiveness of the present filter.
