The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of illuminance level of LED lighting on diurnal variation in
human physiological and psychological responses. A series of subjective experiments were conducted in a laboratory. There
were different illuminance level and color temperature conditions suiting for daily activity. There were no significant
differences in diurnal variation in human physiological responses. Subjective symptom of fatigue showed a significant
difference in each daily activity. The diurnal variation in glare sensation was confirmed at rest and in calculation task.
