Collection and arrangement of environmental performance evaluation systems for existing buildings in Japan and overseas

Abstract

There are many environmental performance rating systems in Japan and overseas for the purpose of energy conservation and environmental impact assessment. Also, in the field of occupational health, labor productivity tools according to health are being researched. To develop a self-evaluation and management method that contributes to the maintenance and management of building sanitation in Japan, we have collected and organized manuals and tools for these systems, as well as research papers using them, and clarified the issues.
