Abstract
Heart rate and Metabolic equivalent were measured in three body postures (standing, sitting on a chair, sitting on the floor with legs stretch) and three body motions (walking or running at 3km/h, 5km/h, and 7km/h). Measurements were taken under three temperature conditions: 20oC, 24oC, and 28oC. The effects of temperature on heart rates and Metabolic equivalents were examined, and a relationship between heart rates and Metabolic equivalents were shown.
