Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify component of clinic management. The study was conducted as a literature review regarding clinic management from 2008 to 2018 under the framework of the healthcare administration studies. The greatest component placed was “marketing”, such as attracting patients by use of the internet and increasing interest in community medicine. Secondly, the areas on the management on in-clinic culture and staffing as “organizational management”, “human resources”, followed by “operational management”, which responds directly to patients. On the other hand, “healthcare management overview”, “medical technology and healthcare management”, or “healthcare system and policy” was not considered or emphasized in all the literature regarding clinic management.
