Abstract

The purpose of this study was to get national registered dietitians and midwives to work together on marketing strategies to improve dietary service to provide nutritional support for pregnant patients and ameliorate the quality of child health and development.
First, midwives created patient profiles as marketing personas, and then the dietitians and midwives held quality meetings to improve the service. Subsequently, an interview survey was conducted with six patients after the service launched, and KH Coder 3 was used to verify the effectiveness of the service based on the results of text mining and patient satisfaction surveys. The results confirmed that the strategies were effective.
This study found that communication with pregnant women promoted understanding of patients. Furthermore, an effective service was created together with patients, and support for breastfeeding was promoted.
