Abstract
Various characteristics of the improvement soil which used the slow-setting soil stabilizer,to delay an initial stiffening of the cement improvement soil constructed by a deep improvement were examined. It is easy to make the target surpassed because the strength rised in proportion to the dosage of slow-setting soil stabilizer. In addition, because the amount of soil stabilizer can be decreased compared with mixing the retarder, and the exhausted soil volume decreases , too the environmental is excellent.The slow-setting soil stabilizer became the strength development of equal to Poltland blast furnace cement or more in the foot protection.
