Abstract
A case of laryngeal keratosis is herein reviewed. The macroscopic findings improved after treatment. The voice quality also improved after medical treatment. However, the patient was strongly advised to quit smoking in order to maintain the improved voice quality. The possibility of malignancy was evaluated in the initial diagnosis by stroboscopy, but, a complete pathological examination was required to rule out any possibility of malignancy.
