Abstract
Both a stroboscopic examination and larynx 3D-CT were found to be useful for diagnosing arytenoid dislocation, which is one of the complications of endotracheal intubation. An early accurate diagnosis is essential for providing appropriate surgical treatment, considering the fact that a late diagnosis will limit the treatment to rehabilitation care alone. Medical doctors and health care providers should be aware of this condition and its diagnosis, so that the patient can obtain both mmediate and appropriate treatment.
