Abstract
The purpose of this research is to observe how acoustic trauma occurs and what the relationship between vitamin B1 and that is by investigating the biochemical disturbance of pyruvic acid metabolism and the histochemical change of succinic dehydrogenase activity in the sensory cells of the cochlea.
