Abstract
A case of 12-year-old girl who had congenital atresia of the right choana accomanied by papilloma in the right nasal cavity is reported. By intranasal radium irradiation (1, 960 mgh) in concert with surgical resection, the author succedded in relieving the right nose from blockage. The radium irradiation seems to have controled excessive postoperative growth of the granulation tissue. No sign of recurrence is seen after 2 years.
