Abstract
In the histological study of the internal ear, the study has been hindered by the impossibility of fixing the living body of the internal ear andthe difficulty in judging the changes after death.
The author has developed the method of irrigating fixation of the auditory organ and studied histological changes with the progress of time. As a result of this study, it was found that the histological picture of the auditory organ remains the same as before death, if this method of fixation is applied within 3 hours after death.
