Abstract
Clinical investigation were performed on 153 cases of laryngeal polyp operated upon in our department from 1972 to 1978.
Postoperative follow-up study revealed that only about half of the patients were able to regain their phonetic activities. The causes for the restriction are discussed from various clinical aspects.
