Abstract
A case of primary cancer of the frontal sinus was reported. A 66-year old male had complained of exophthalmus in the right eye from six months ago.
Roentgenograpically, the superior internal wall of orbita was destructed. pathological diagnosis was squamous cell cacinoma. Surgey was repeated three times with radiotherapy of 2, 400 rads. After one year, recurrence was not recognized. 77 cases were reviewed and discussed.
