74 cases of parotid tumors treated in the Department of Otolaryngology of Kyushu University Hospital during the past ten years were clinically investigated. They were composed of 55 cases of benign tumors and 19 cases of malignant tumors. The diagnostic and therapeutic procedures were inquired and some clinically interesting cases were also presented.
