Abstract
Two cases of pleomorphic adenoma of the nasal cavity are reported. Case1. A 33-year-old female had a pleomorphic adenoma on the nasal septum without any complaint. The tumor was removed by surgical excision. There has been no recurrence. Case2. A 48-year-old female complained of nasal bleeding. There was a large tumor on the lateral nasal wall. The tumor was excised by Denker's operation. There has been no recurrence. Pleomorphic adenoma of the nasal cavity is very rare. We experienced 101 cases of pleomorphic adenoma in the last 22 years. Most of them occured in the parotid gland, the submaxillary gland and the palate.
