Abstract
Pilomatrixoma was reported by Malherbe in 1880. It is also generally called “calcifying epithelioma”. We report a case of a 13-year-old female who had suffered from infra-auricle mass. Surgical treatment was performed and histological findings revealed the pilomatrixoma originated from hair matrix cells. This case is umcommon in the field of otolaryngology. The management of this disease is briefly reviewed.
