Abstract
A case of bursa type Tornwaldt'sd iseasei s herein reported. T he patient was a 67-yearo ld womanw ho complained of postnasal drip. Her complaint did not disappear after an incision to the bursa, however, the symptomsd id finallys top after performinga bursectomyT. ornwaldt'sd iseasei s classifiedi nto two types the bursa type and the cyst type. The choice of operative therapy is also discussed based on these two different types.
