Abstract
The author performed pansinuectomy or polysinuectomy, including external frontal operation, on 20 cases, whose maxillary and ethmoid sinuses were operated upon several years ago under diagnosis of chronic sinus suppuration and whose complaints such as nasal discharge, nasal obstruction and headache etc. were not yet cleared up. From the reoperative findings it was found that the most responsible changes were in the frontal and ethmoid sinuses.
