Abstract
A case who had at first presented clinically findings of Rhinitis necroticans progressiva around inferior turbinate, but afterward had been diagnosed reticulosarcoma in a histological examination, was cured by wide removal, Nitromin injection and roentgentherapy. But after a year a tumor grew on the opposite side in the maxillary sinus which was likewise diagnosed reticulosarcoma.
In the end he died owing to wide metastasis in the abdominal organs and perforation of ileum. Autopsy gave interesting findings that reticulosarcoma was possible to be necrotic or to bild a tumor as the cradle of it demanded even in the same man, and presented clinically findings of rhinitis necroticans progressiva when it was necrotic.
