Abstract
Four cases of multiple primary malignant tumor were reported.
The first case was 59 years old female who had reticulosarcoma in the epipharynx and adenocarcinoma of the stomach. The second one was a 58 years old male suffering from adenocarcinoma in the calcum and squamous cell carcinoma of the upper jaw. Adenocarcinoma of the stomach and squamous cell carcinoma of the larynx was seen the third patient of a 56 years old male. The last patient, a 65 years old male had a complaint of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma of the stomach.
In the first and last cases the second tumor was found in the post-mortem examination.
The incidence, age and sex, interval of the two tumors, and affected organs were discussed from clinical observations in the previous reports.
